AA-2: Vintage silver jewelry, a beautiful Andean (Peru or Ecuador) charm broach, c. 1930's. The broach has seven unique silver charms. These include exotic fruits, an apple, orange, and lovely pomegranates. The arch has a floral design and is adorned on each side by lovely birds (quetzales). Condition is excellent. Size: 3 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches long. Price: $250.

W-10: Mexican vintage silver jewelry and Taxco silver jewelry, a wonderful necklace composed of silver balls and square pieces of black jet, signed with the mark and number of Jose Marmolejo, Taxco, c. 1960-70's. The combination of silver beads and the squares of black jet make this a visually stunning piece of Mexican jewelry. Marmolejo worked in Taxco and had a workshop in Mexico City. The founders of Tane consulted with Marmolejo, and he was instrumental in shaping Tane's vision that pre-Hispanic pieces would set a jewelry style for modern Mexico. He collaborated with Tane on many of their finest early pieces of silver jewelry. Condition is excellent. Size: 24 1/2 inches total length by 1/2 inche wide. When clasped, the necklace measures c. 8 inches diameter. Price: $575.
W-1: Mexican vintage silver jewelry and Taxco vintage silver jewelry, a sterling silver bracelet with abalone and tortoise shell inlay, c. 1940's. The bracelet is incredibly beautiful. It is signed on the inside, "Hecho en Mexico, Taxco 925 RBR", and bears the eagle stamp #3.
It is in excellent condition. Size: 7 1/2 inches total length when fully extended; 1 1/2 inches high; 2 5/8 inches diameter when clasped. Price: $400.
W-3: Mexican vintage silver jewelry and Taxco vintage silver jewelry, a sterling silver bracelet, c. 1940's. The work on this piece is exquisite! It is signed on the back, "Sterling 925 FOSSI Hecho en Mexico." It also bears the eagle stamp #19. Condition is excellent. Size: 73/4 inches long when fully extended by 1 inch high. The bracelet is approximately 3 inches diameter when clasped. Price: $425.

T-10: Mexican vintage silver jewelry and vintage Taxco silver jewelry, a pair of Mexican sterling silver earrings, c. 1930's. These features beautiful leaves around globular fruit, very much resembling a pomegranate. These are exquisite; a very fine example of Mexican skill in silver work! Condition is excellent. Size: 2 inches high by 3/4 inches wide near bottom. There is no mark or signature, indicative of the age of these earrings. They are for pierced ears. Price: $375.

T-13: Mexican vintage silver jewelry, and vintage Taxco silver jewelry, a wonderful pair of earrings, c. 1930-40. They have exquisite silver-work and a unique tear-drop shape. There is decorative coiling around the outside. The mark is simply "925". Condition is excellent. They are for pierced ears. Size: 2 1/4 inches high by 1 inch wide.

P-10: Mexican vintage silver jewelry, a Taxco vintage sterling silver bracelet c. 1940. The bracelet is 980 sterling with beautiful black onyx stones set with copper bezzles. The bracelet is marked "Sterling, Taxco" and is signed "Quinto" and bears what appears to be an early eagle mark without any number. Condition is excellent. Size: 8 inches long by 1 1/2 inches tall, with a diameter when closed of c. 2 1/2 inches. This is an exceptional piece of vintage Taxco silver jewelry. Price: $375.

P-13: Mexican vintage silver jewelry, a lovely Taxco sterling silver necklace, c . 1940. The necklace is composed of silver carved and hollowed out trianglular pieces and is exquisite! The necklace is marked, "Sterling, Taxco". Condition is excellent. Size: 15 inches long by 3/4 wide by 1/2 inches deep (thickness, front to back of each triangular silver piece). Price: $450.

I-4: Mexican vintage sterling silver jewelry, earrings with "corn pattern", c. 1940's. While the photo shows screw-type attachments, these earrings have recently been converted to post-attachments for pierced ears. Size: 2 1/4" tall x 3/8" wide at top. Marked: BGM Hecho en Mexico DF 925. These are very graceful and have wonderful age and patina. Price: $175.

B-10: Mexican vintage Taxco silver jewelry: earrings, marked Los Castillo, c. 1940's. Size: 1" wide x 1" high. Screw-type attachment, common in most vintage Taxco earrings. Beautifully designed, from the Los Castillo workshop in Taxco. The Castillo brothers were trained in the William Spratling workshop, and were true masters of silverwork. B-11: Mexican vintage Taxco silver jewelry: bracelet and earring set, in the style of Margo de Taxco, c. 1950's. Size: Earrings, 2 1/2" high x 1" wide. Bracelet, 9" long x 1" wide at serpeant's head x 3" diameter when closed. Blue enamling on sterling, probably from the workshop of Margo de Taxco via one of her silversmiths, but set does not bear Margot's own signature. Beautifully done, obviously the work of a master silversmith! Post earrings for pierced ears. Marked: "925 Mexico TF-25." Price for set: $650.
